Raju ji,

I have one more concern. We are not sure what all services CSK must give us. Like, if I need to replace a bulb and I call electrician then I get an answer that this is not our job if in case there is no electricity then we are responsible but changing light or replacing fan or installing a geyser doesnot come under our job. How can one call an electrician from outside just to replace a light and pay him some extra bucks.

I mean the residents should be clear and should know what all services CSK will be giving to us and some other services if they are chargeable then there should be a reasonable fixed price for all those services.

Please find the enclosed attachment for the same which will be shared with the Mahagun Management tomorrow. The MoM of this meeting will also be shared with all the resident after the meeting.
