Re: [RWA-Mascot:470] Re: Accessories stolen from vehicle @ basement parking 1

Hi,

There is for sure shortage of guards as I have many time observed that guards are doing double shifts. In the morning they are placed at one tower and to the other during night shifts. Just imagine the quality of security or attentiveness a person can provide being working for full 24 hrs.
Second important lapse in the security are smoke detectors- this has happened many times with us that it start alarming even with minimum of smoke in kitchen and security guard placed at the tower does not react to it and even dont know how to switch off the alarm. Imagine a case of real fire and the action taken by these guards.

Dear Friends
Yesterday I have inspected 5 times in the basement (B-1) near crema &
catania side. At 11.15 AM there was no guard & when I enquired at main
gate I was told that guard might have gone to attend nature call.
Second time at 11.50 AM no guard was found  there. Again at 1.30 PM
guard was not yet returned from his nature call. Then I enquired from
another guard who told me without disclosing his identity that sir
there was a huge shortage of guards. In the evening at 7PM again there
was no guard anf finally I checked at night around 11.15 PM and called
the security incharge he repeated same story and after some discussion
admitted that there is a shortage of guards. So it is difficult to
deploy guards there.
Now security becomes the biggest issue in Mahagun . Personally I am
seeing the deterioration in their services. Even those deployed as
security guard , some of them are not even fit for this job. Last
night I myself detected that in one of the flats work was going on in
14th floor at 11pm and when I objected than guard moved to stop them.
Please call urgent meeting to discuss this security lapses.
