Re: [RWA-Mascot:450] Re: Accessories stolen from vehicle @ basement parking 1

If someone is complaining then his name should be kept confidential if possible by the authority for the sake of security because you never know the mental state of anyone to what extent he can go for some small issues ...

Once a guard said to me "saab meri flat x owner ne complain kar di ... maine kuch jayada hi unko muh laga liya tha " ...

Hi,
This is very unfortunate, it is said that societies are better place to live because of security & safety.

I tell you my observation, in 99% of time there is no guard in basment parking mainly second basement. yesterday also i have pointed out this thing at the gate in the night. The parking is also huge that there should be at least 3 guards in the night at different places inside the parking.

One more thing the guards who should be in their respective towers on duty they form the group and sit at the common place, i have pointed this out yesterday at the gate, then guard of my tower came to me and said ki aapne complaint kyun kar di, main to sirf kuchh baath karne gaya tha etc..

The security lacks, we should take very seriously with CSK. we should not compromise on security and safety at all.

If a resident does any harm to Society property, the cost of repairing/replacing the same would be recoverable by maintenance agency [this is a clause in the agreement].
The same should be applied to the maintenance agency too... if any loss is reported due to their negligence, whether of society or of a residence. At the end of the day its our loss only.

Last month we had reports that somebody stole away the steel rod inside 2 lifts. I don't know, whether that was replaced or not.  This month, again another theft.
Also, last month somebody reported that their furniture got damaged due to seepage.

Also, they are boldly claiming that parking is ready for all owners and security is on place in parking area. Then also this has happened.... unbelievable.

Dear Mascotians,
My bike was parked at basement parking (-1) , just near Crema lift loby entrance. Today morning I found both mirrors disappeared !!
Those mirrors can not be opened with out any tool as those are fixed very tightly on handle. We are getting this type of security after tons of follow up with CSK. Interesting part is that while parking in open (in front of Crema) , it was untouched.

I Have already made complaint in CSK and Mr. Veer (Security head) is following on this. My purpose to write this email is just to aware you people as seems basement parking still not safe.
