We can not rely over any verbal communication...the proof should be LEGAL only.

For e.g., in case of their Mywoods projects, Mahagun not only gave wrong updates to buyers, they showed a notice on their website as well that there is no issue with their project....but what happened ultimately, their whole project for villas (Myra) was scrapped.
