In my opinion, we should first of all inform this to CSK, Let see their response and action on this.

In your mail you said "If Mahagun delayed taking action on this i will cut it myself this weekend ...", Did you inform Mahagun/ CSK for the same? If yes when and what is their response, please share; if not please louche a complain to CSK office with all details.
