It looks like CSK is helpless and they are passing the buck to TTPL for the delay in Intercom connectivity.
They even suggested to get Mahagun involved here to either put some pressure on TTPL or change the vendor.

I had a similar issue with Zicom Video Door and had to call Zicom directly. Fortunately, i got a prompt response and the engineer visited and fixed the issue the next day.
Intercom installation is an issue as this is being doe by TPPL and not by CSK. I am also regularly following up for getting this installed. Have been staying in Mahagun for more than a month now and still waiting for the resolution.

Raju: Please add one more point regarding preparation of a check-list for 
  1. Actions to be completed, 
  2. Action owners and 
  3. Timelines for provision of such services. 
This can even be formulated by MMRWA for the benefit of future residents.

Also what is the process to get items  under warranty replaced in case of problems. I was told by csk that we need to approach the company (Usha ) directly for my ceiling fan. But Usha customer care told me that i cannot claim warranty since i didn't buy the fan from them it has to be done by the builder or csk. Now the csk guys have taken the fan from me but are non commital on by when they will get it replaced. We shld ask them to set some process and timelines for such cases. I am sure as the society goes old such cases will increase exponentially.
