I have recently shifted here. Couple of points that i would like to add:On the issue of intercom can you plz also add that the intercoms shld be installed immediately as soon as a resident takes possession. I am following up with them for last 3 wks but without results.
Also what is the process to get items under warranty replaced in case of problems. I was told by csk that we need to approach the company (Usha ) directly for my ceiling fan. But Usha customer care told me that i cannot claim warranty since i didn't buy the fan from them it has to be done by the builder or csk. Now the csk guys have taken the fan from me but are non commital on by when they will get it replaced. We shld ask them to set some process and timelines for such cases. I am sure as the society goes old such cases will increase exponentially.
