1) For Bike parking issues, I already talked with him 3-4 days back over phone and he said that once the B1/B2 parking will be ready then this issues will get resolved.
2) For society Boundary Wall issue is already under discussion with Mahagun Management but still we need to force them to look into this immediately as this is a security issue and it can't be tolerated at any cost.
3) For Lift issues, they denied to put the two buttons as it has not implemented in any project of Mahagun Builder. We already discussed on this issue with Mr. S. C. Sharma (Sr. Vice President).

Yes, I too agree with these open points.
Moreover, we should raise issue to put high iron grill on the society boundary wall specially from the side where Divyansh tower is raising and the village side.
I want to raise 2 issues to be discussed in next meeting
1. First important issue related to parking of bikes in society. I have stayed in Crossing Republik GH07 for over 1 year and as time moved on parking condition got worsen there as people started to park their bikes here and there (U can go to GH07 and have a look), which has started in Mascot society also. We must talk to Maintenance guys to handle this early otherwise Mascot will become same (congested) as Crossing Republik GH07.
2. Second one concerned with elevators in towers. Lifts stops at your floor only while it goes downwards even if you have to go up. So there should be one more button on panel to stop the lift while going up. This we should ask maintenance guys to change the panel plate and necessary changes.
I hope these points could be addressed as these are in every one's favor.
