[RWA-Mascot] Re: Please vote for the best Logo

I also liked # 2. Its simpler and crisp. Some suggestion in that:

- The text looks bigger w.r.t. the image. I think it should be a little smaller.

- The spacing between "Resident Welfare" and "Welfare  Association" is not same.

- The colors are too light that a print copy may not look good. If possible, we can choose a darker color combination.
