Yes, two taps close/open in opposite directions.

I have also seen such taps in high-end hotels. May be a latest fashion :-)

 

Some other points :

Notice board was installed at Milano tower few days back, but it has been removed.
The notice board was of very low quality with wire-mesh.
It should be replaced with a "glass door front" by replacing the wire-mesh and should have slots for installing lights (CFLs) inside.
 
The basement parking is still not ready. Whitewash is being done.
Although lifts now go basement parking and the stairs going down to basement are now free of rubble and barricade (Milano tower).
 
Letter box is still not installed at the lobby (Milano tower).
 
There was an earthquake last week.
There should be an inspection team of structural engineers of Mahagun who should inspect the buildings.
We can request Mahagun management to send their civil engineering team to the site for inspection.

1.  These 2 tap system is so old ( 10-15 yrs old)  and we should have
been provided with Mixers and it is common now a days.

2.  Even if Taps are there , one of them operates anti-clock wise.  So
all of us who are accustomed to closing clock wise and opening anti
clock wise  find it so difficult.  I am not sure if it is latest in
fashion or mistake by Mascot.  Did any one face the same problem.
We should ask for  a change if it bothers some one else as well.
