I think everyone would have faced this probelm (anti-clockwise taps) in their flats. But we do have lots of other bigger issues in flat/ society which we would like to fix first...e.g. my flat is having very big seepage problem..which hasn't been fixed completely even after several visits of plumber and is spoiling the wooden floor also. :(

1.  These 2 tap system is so old ( 10-15 yrs old)  and we should have
been provided with Mixers and it is common now a days.

2.  Even if Taps are there , one of them operates anti-clock wise.  So
all of us who are accustomed to closing clock wise and opening anti
clock wise  find it so difficult.  I am not sure if it is latest in
fashion or mistake by Mascot.  Did any one face the same problem.
We should ask for  a change if it bothers some one else as well.
