Hi Raju

Your thoughts are welcome and I also agree on most of the points that we need umbrella RWA over 24 future RWAs of Crossing Republik. The disappointment is on unnecessary discussion on RWA vs CROMA when we have list of common issues to sort out. .

The worst is if an individual is writing his own views and opinions then instead of listening the points with open mind , the other side straight way jump on conclusion that since he or she is/was related to an association so that's the association view and starts bashing.

I am not sure why we blame political parties when we also act the same way i.e. instead of  focusing on issues  they would rather prefer focusing on other party and that''s exactly happening here.

Request everyone to shift focus to everyone's issues like dumping ground , road improvement, street lights , greenery  and other important issues.

Dear Mohit,

After looking in this mail chain, I was also not trying to jump into this but now let me tell something on this. Thisis completely my personal view.

I don't think the CR people should debate on 'CRIS RWA' and 'CROMA'. We have 24 builders in the Crossigns Republik Township and all societies wll have its own RWA once the 75% people will be living there. Some of them have RWA, some of them are in the process for getting registered it and this process will happen and at the end of a day, we will have 24 different RWA in CR.

I was living in Noida earlier and let us share about the concept they are running it:

- Each sectors/societies of Noida have its own RWA. They have their own executive body which is working properly and taking care of the society.
- They have a different RWA called 'Federation of Noida Residents Welfare Associatio' (FONRWA). This body works independently and they have a separate executive body and they have never any debate on any issue like we are doing here in this mail chain. They both have separate issues, goals and objectives. You may visit the Website (www.fonrwa.com), if you wanted to explore it in detail.

I think the CROMA should work like FONRWA and should look into the common issues out side of the each societies/RWA. They should never interfere in the individual society matter but if there are any serious issues which is affecting all the residents of all societies, they should come forward and can look further. Please note, the Crossings Republik is a private society and we all residents need to decide whether you wanted to make this a better place to live or not.

If we understand it in this way, we will not have any debate on 'CRIS RWA' and 'CROMA'.

Hope my mail will not hurt anyone. This is completely my opinion. Rest is up to you but I support the objective of "Make Crossings a Better Place to Live" and I can support anyone who promise me for this. That's it and a good bye to all of you.

Thanks,

As I understand Mr Badri clearly said it was his personal opinion and I also said "I believe".   Still the reply was written in manner that CRIS RWA writing to CROMA officials.

End of discussion from my side , full stop.

Dear Friends & Intellectuals,

Nice to see discussion on the hot issue of DG. It is time to see the future (without DG) of CR & scrap our false ego or keep aside it in a larger interest of Society. We all know what happened in past, don't make JALEBI of it Mr.Badri. When we all know that DG, as claimed by few people is because of BJP, their Mayor & MP etc who didn't gave an ear to the voice of few representatives. Same people who didn't gave weight age to few of our representatives are willingly coming to us for our help even Mayor is agreed to oppose DG, except BJP no political party came forward or requires our support even.

Do any one has any clue how much vote CR has or what is our strength??????????????? Just 400 votes, not even sufficient to elect one (1) CORPORATOR from our area & if at this time we spoil our relationship with them or for that matter with any political party, in future also we will be pleading, pleading & pleading.................... Are we from some other planet that when we require their support they & every one should help us. Friends without any interest no one helps any one.

Friends this is time to show our strength & change the mindset of many Political parties & their representatives who matters in this.

What stopped CROMA & their representatives from thinking that why Mayor & MP are not coming in our support.......... Sometimes thought process is equally important than Pleading. It was because Galand had vote & CR, till RWA-CRIS initiated was not having a single vote. Before dictating any one any terms make yourself strong.

Pls. think that if tomorrow Galand unitedly supports BJP & we keep on fighting with just 300-400 votes, where will DG come in Galnd or in CR????? Pls. give thought on this, before making up mind.

Few have doubts that after election same status-quo will be maintained by political parties, they should understand that if it will happen, its not too far, just after two years i.e by 2014 Lok Sabha election, BJP's National level leader Shri Rajnath singh will contest for MP, we can reply them than (By not giving them vote) & message will go stronger & deeper across every corner.

Be United & come up as one Voice of Crossing.

All are requested to cast their vote to which ever party or ideology you support for building Samridh, Shaktishali & Khushhal Bharat, but before that think once about your own Home in Crossing Republik, Khushhal Crossing.

Pls. note that I am not with any political party, I only want to save my house & my friends from monster of DG.

Thanking you,

Hi  All

Actually, the Dumping Ground is coming up in Crossings Reppublik  because of BJP only.

The following are the facts, for those who are not still aware of this:

1.      It is because of BJP Ghaziabad Mayor Ms Damayanti Goyal's initiatives that Dumping issue resurfaced in 2009.

2.      CROMA's  12 member delegation, in which I was also a part, met Ms. Damayanti Goyal in 2010.  All of us literally pleaded in front of  her for helping us in this matter.  She point blank refused and declared that " Dumping Ground would be build in Dundahera only".  During that time, she influenced local (hindi ) news papers also and encouraged them to write in favour of building a Dumping Ground in Dundahera.

3.      Then  CROMA delegation met Shri Rajnath Singh (MP)  at his residence and pleaded in front of him also.  He and his colleagues sitting there promptly declared "if a dumping ground is built in Ghaziabad district, then it would be in Ghaziabad only".

4.      Because of BJP legislative council's demand only GNN went to Court against GDA and Anasal.

5.      Later on GDA indentified an alternate Dumping Ground site in Galand.   Shri Rajnath Singh and BJP mobilized villages (who were even staying in far off places) and carried out demonstrations.  Their demand was 'to built dumping ground in Dundahera only'.

6.      When land was acquired in Galand for Dumping Ground, BJP further led the protest and insisted that Dumping Ground be built in Dundahera only.

7.      BJP then instigated farmers for going to the court against land acquisition in Galand for Dumping 'when already identified site for Dumping Ground is available in Dundahera'

8.      Now high court has cancelled the land acquisition in Galand.  One of the reason cited for cancellation is 'There a site already indentified in Dundahera'.

All Crossing Republik flat owners are in deep  trouble because of BJP in general and  Ms. Damayanti Goyal,  and Shri Rajnath Singh in particular.

Now, I think, is the 'payback' time for BJP.   All the resident of Crossings Republik should  take an oath that 'NO SINGLE VOTE WILL BE CAST IN FAVOUR OF BJP' .   Residents can vote for 'any political party except BJP. We have to  show to  the BJP ( for that matter to any political party) that if they go against the interest of Crossings Republik residents, they will not get any single vote from Crossings Republik, in future also. Our solidarity is required in this matter.   This is how we can give a fitting reply to BJP (who is responsible for our predicament today)  in this matter and to any other political party, if they don't listen to Crossings Republik residents,.

If the Crossings Republik residents are not doing so, the BJP will have the last laugh and all the residents of Crossings Republik will look like fools.   I request all the residents to show to them that we are not fools and that they cannot get away with whatever damage they have done to us.  They must pay for it and please ensure that they are paying for it.

Last but not the least, now the Dumping Ground case is sub-judice and no political party can do anything on this, including BJP. Only Supreme Court can decide it.

The BJP is behaving something like this "Hazaar chuhe khakhe billio hajj ko chale.."

This is my personal views and not the official stand of any association or group  which I am affiliated to.

With Regards

Badri Nath

Dear All
I would like to state that it is Ms Damyanti Goyal (BJP) and her associates who were strongly favoured shifting of Dumping ground near Crossing Republic. We can not trust these people and must not entertain any such persons on this agenda. In view of coming legislative election in our constituency, these people may be talking any good to us but I am sure that - when it comes to actual implementation, they will never do any favour to us.
Let us identify right party and right person before extending blind support to any individual.

Dear Residents,

Greetings of the Day!!!!!!!!

A process to get Election id card for all our residents were started in somewhere near September,2011. Many people have received their card, many are lying at gate no-2 & many more are expected to get.

It was done with a vision that we residents have some say on our representatives & they give ear to our voice.

Shri. Atul Garg, Candidate of Bharitya Janta Party (BJP) for coming legislative election in our constituency, visited GH-7. We have shared our following two concerns to him & BJP:-
1.Dumping Ground
2.Improving road condition between ABES Engg college to Noida Ext.

We clearly conveyed our feeling that our support can be garnered by any political parties only on the issues of Dumping Ground and no issues less than this can pacify us.

Shri Garg has appreciated & acknowledged both the issues & confirm us that he & his Party will support us now & in future also, on both the issues.

He and his team also said that whenever we organise any demonstration or meeting on this issues they will come along with the Mayor of GNN & with elected BJP corporators, Ghaziabad; to showcase their solidarity with us. As per our previous understanding their mayor herself was in favour of Dumping Ground.

We feel that this is golden opportunity (due to UP election) to make the political parties' opinion in our favour. It will help us to fight this DG issue in long run.
