The online voter list is available with the UP Chief election office website at http://ceouttarpradesh.nic.in/. Anyone can check their name for inclusion in the voters list. If your name is not to be found in the list here, then I am sorry to say even your name wouldn't surface in the voters list at the pooling booth as well and hence you won't be allowed to cast your vote.

Hence in my opinion till your name is not appearing in the online list, it wouldn't be of any use visiting the Polling booth on the voting day as well.

Yes if your name is already appearing then you can visit the booth with any of the ID proofs i.e. Ration Card, Pan Card, Passport, DL etc and cast  your vote.

She suggested me to go to booth directly on the election day [28 Feb]
and get the voter slip and vote.
Election booth will be the Dundahera primary school only. We also need
to keep an ID proof in order to vote.
