Fixed: Rs. 40.00 / kW/ month
Energy Charges: Rs. 3.20/kWh

3] 8.15.3 LIFE LINE CONSUMERS: For Disadvantage consumer and we don't
fall under this.

4] 8.15.4 OTHER METERED (URBAN) DOMESTIC CONSUMERS:  Highest tariff
for this section, as the recovery default is maximum in this section.
Clearly we do not fall under this category.

Rate for this category is INR 60 /Kwh + INR 3.45/Kwh upto 200 Units
AND INR 65/ Kwh + INR Rs. 3.80/kWh above 200 Units..

The Builder is taking charges according to category 4, Which is
clearly a cheating. There is a very clear definition given in
document, according to which we fall under category 2.

So, We should discuss on this and even ask back the excess charged
till date.
