Other inclusions to the list could be:

1> When will Basement Parkings be ready with lifts operating till basements.

2> In Ferrera Tower, every other day one or both lifts are out of order due to water seepage into the lifts from overhead tanks, why can't maintenance ppl fix it for once and all.

3> The lifts are being badly mutilated by the laborers using them, one can easily notice the spitting in the lifts, some in-explicit and provoking carvings on the lift walls, the lift buttons are being regularly damaged due to mishandling by laborers etc etc.
