[RWA-Mascot] Re: Should we pay parking charges; if not paid

A similar situation as occurred in Mahagun's Mahagunpuram project too.
One of my friend has a flat there.

When they raised same issue with builder, they had simple reply.
- You can convert into covered parking.
- You can give us in writing that you don't need parking.

Of course, you will not like to cancel your parking... that's not
advisable, then you have only option to get it converted into stilt/
covered one by paying difference.
