I agree with you. But it does not matter whether builder take it
separately or add it among miscellaneous charges.
So, I dont think we have much to do into that.
Further, the high court order has only prohibited charges for open
space as "parking".
The builders are allowed to charges for stilt/covered parking.
As far I know, Mahagun has stopped selling open parking after this
verdict.
